I have recently switched from tier 2 to tier 1 visa at my own country and the statement "registration with police within 7 days upon arrival" which is on the previous tier 2 visa is not on the new tier 1 visa
the immigration officer at the embassy of my country just told me that I don't have to register with the police and keep the registration certificate with me just in case....
it's been a while and now I am a bit worry - whether I should return it back to the police station or just do nothing as what the IO told me....
as according to the registration certificate if my status changes within 7 days I need to notify the police...... I am not sure if I am in trouble now.....
