On PSW but have lived out of the U.K for about a year...

Hi,

I obtained my PSW visa on Aug 09 and had my police registration updated within the given time. However shortly after that I had to go back home due to family reasons. My stay took long until today (about a year and a two months). My visa expires in Aug 11 and I am becoming more and more desperate to get back to the U.K.

I was wondering:

01- by the time I make it back to the U.K there will probably be only about 8 months left of my visa. Is that gonna be a problem? Would I still be able to enter although I don't have a job yet? basically I am going to start applying for jobs once I return (taking it from where I just left). possible?

02- In case I find a full time job in a field unrelated to my studies such as a serious full time job in a bar (pub) or somewhere like apple store, (since I've studied music production with computers these are the closest full time jobs to my uni degree), would I be able to extend my visa when it expires? basically would this take me anywhere in terms of extending my stay in the U.K when my visa is running out?

Check the requirements for Tier 1 and 2 on the UKBA website.

I can say that it doesn't look good for an extension with a bar job or a basic job in the Apple store.
