Thanks for information that you provide in this website,I anxiously want to know that how the new rules about the changes for new cap will affect Tier 1 Visa holders?I have my visa for 2 years now which is valid for another year(3 years visa) and it was supposed to be extendable under previoud rules.ut now i want to know what will happen to me after 1 year :? :cry:

its likely, they will have some sort of transitional arrangement where people in your position will be able to extend visa... look on their site, they always have put in place transitinal arrangements when they moved from old style work permit to tier-based system etc.
