Got Problem Photo on PSW visa

Hi,

I Applied To PSW Through Premium Service I Got My Visa. i have seen a Problem On Photo Print On The Visa Its Seems Bit Different From My Brother's Psw Visa Who Got It 2 Years Ago.
When I Scrach With My Nails my picture started To Erase From The Visa Page
I Am So Upset and it seems bit dodgy one of my friend Said Its A New Print For Who Applied After 2010 Jan Can U Please Confirm With Urs
