changing to study tier4 from tier1 psw

hi, i just wonder i can change my tier1 psw status in to tier 4. and also do i need to fill any different application for this. i am going to study for mba. if anyone knows the best procedure pls let me know. my current tier 1 expiring april 15. thanx
