I left UK after my application was refused so I wouldn't get a bad record.
I applied about 5 weeks ago and they haven't even told me if I am eligible but I do have confirmation of delivery on 3 Feb 2011.
I am pretty sure I am as I checked the guidance and some forums like these but there doesn't seem to be anyone on this forum who has got their visa when they applied from overseas.
I want to know if anyone else took this route and how long it took for them to get their visa. I want to return to the UK soon because I left many things and people there and just want to resume my life but I can't reapply for PSW1 because my graduation was more than one year ago
Please can anybody help?
