My good people, please i will like to share some issue with you.
My wife is on benefits both housing and disability as she cannot work due to knee problem. She has a letter to prove that by her doctor. Am working but not full time as its through agency . Full time job is so hard to get at the moment . Am getting enough shift with the agency though and am paying my tax also. But its not enough to get my wife out of benefits. We live in 2 bedroom flats by council . Please i want to know if the housing benefit shes claiming will affect my ILR . Secondly , the benefits is all in her name , not mine as she has been on it even before my arrival. So is it okay ? Please your reply will help me so much.
