Lone parent but not yet divorce formally

Post by jesswongwong » Sun Dec 29, 2013 3:08 pm

I really would seek for help
My husband suddenly left UK due affairs . He went to China
We are claiming child benefit and working tax credit
I don't work to take care of baby age one
He works 33 hrs under family business
I am living in mortgaged house under his sole name
Originally I planned back to school in 2014 and apply for gov
student finance
Would any one suggest me how I can support my life or maximum my benefit
I still want to study especially in that situation rather then just claiming JSA for life
I may be able to get a 16hrs clerk job under the same company .. Actually take his job
I have used the calculator .. But I wonder no matter how many hrs I work I can't get any working tax credit
I just can get JSA if I don't work
But as I said on the other side I still want to back school
Any one would give me a suggestion
How I can do
