Please advise differnent situation

Post by sham111 » Tue Jun 10, 2014 6:24 pm

Hi Gurus/Experts,

I am on ILR and son is 2 year old british , my wife is PBS dependents will soon apply for ILR.

Never claimed anything until now as had to work 60 hours a week to meet family needs.

My Question is what benefits I can apply, as my salary is based on basic + on target onus, so its not constant every month. My basic is £19300 p.a. plus get different bonus everymonth,(if no target , no bonus) last year manage to get £24,400 on my P60. So in this type of situation what should be best and how to approach.

Please advice

Many Thanks for your help.

Put a claim for child benefit in your name and tax credits in joint names. Have any money paid to your spouse's account to give her some income.
