housing benefit s etcif 03 kids on tier1pbs dependent visa

Hi Amber and other seniors
I got ILR along with my wife and my 03 kids still on pbs dependent visa and one child uk born goinv to apply nationality.
can I claim CB, CTC and housing benefits ?
As I am applying ilr for kids soon will this have any effect on thier ilr visa especially if I claim housing benifit

You can apply for benefits you are entitled to. It will not have an effect on the children's ILR application.
