Claming benefits queries

Hi

Me: Limited company contractor (previous staff employee) +british citizen
wife: ILR + house wife
one child: british citizen (2 years old)

I am wondering if we can claim:

Q1: Allowance for wife during pregnancy?!
Q2: Child benefits?
Q3: I am launching my wife's naturalisation application so just wondering this will impact anyways on her application?!
Q4: Will claiming benefits will impact on credit stuatus for later mortgages etc?!
