urgent for working tax credit !! please help

urgent for working tax credit !! please help

Hi Everyone,

I am going to apply for working tax credit, but I am not sure If I am eligible, I am a single mum, and working 16 hours a week, in this year 2015.

I do not know If I have to work 16 hours a week in previous tax year 2013-2014? because I was not. and I have to put last tax year income in my application.

so, am I eligible? or I have to be working 16 hours a week in previous tax year?

please help, it is urgent.
