About Income Support and Flrfp 10 year route application

hi , I came in Uk in March-2011 on Tier 4 student visa.My visa expired in April 2014. Then I applied for FLRO application and it was rejected in June 2014 because of payment issue. I had never contacted UKBA after this.
(In Sep,2015) I went to receive my girlfriend from airport. She is a victim of force marraige. Force marraige unit helped her to came back in United kingdom. On airport police interviewed her first and asked for my details. They did check my criminal record and allowed me to take her with me. We were staying together and she visited local police station and reported that her family is trying to reach us. They took her report and my details as well and not provided any report reference #. They said to her that go home and we will visit you at home to make sure about your safety. In the evening two Police officers came to our house with my arrest warrant from HO on which it says I m suspected overstayer. They took me to local Police Custody Centre around 10pm. Immigration officer visited me next day at 1:00pm and i answered her every question she asked and explained why i cannot go back home and told her that my gf is standing outside the custody centre. Interview finished in 45mins and she gave me some forms to fill in and i think all forms were for emergency travel documents. n she said" ok now i m going and will interview your gf and I will pass your details to my boss and i am afraid we will detain you and you breached the law so you will be deported and you can apply for assylum anytime while in detention centre. " I replied : "ok fine , i will think about it but i m not interested in applying for assylum ,i donot know about law , all i want is to stay with my gf forever."
then she interviewed my gf for around 2 hours and all i know the information we provided is matched. Police released me in evening around 7:30pm and gave IS.96 and IS. 106 form. So I have to go for signing twice in a month.
We did Nikah (Islamic Marraige) on 29-07-2015.
I changed my home address and informed to immigration staff and HO sent me new IS. 96 form in post with new address on it.
I Submitted flrfp application 10year route as a partner , with fee waiver application and explained everything about my circumstances on separate sheets (17pages) and provided all the proofs of living together that i have.

1. pictures
2. photocopies of our passports
3. her flight ticket payment receipt
4. receipts of money sent to her while she was in British High Commission, Pakistan.
5. My email conversation with Force Marraige Unit
6. Tenancy agreement
7. Dvla photocopy
8. Tv licence
9. Bank statement

Recieved acknowledgement letter on 11-sep-2015.
I filled and submitted Flrfp application without the help of solicitor.
I have an appointment with council for giving notice for marraige.

My question is .. She is British Citizen and now in full time education (non-advanced). She is eligible for Income support and willing to apply for it. Is this will affect my case???
N do I need to withdraw my case and submit fresh file through immigration solicitor???
