Proof of income while on benefits

Hi Guys

I am new to this site.. I hope im posting in the right place.

Its gonna be a long one im afraid, but any help at all will be much appreciated.

Right here we go... I married my Turkish boyfriend of a year in Turkey in Jan 09. We were expecting our first child together.

Problem was he was removed from the country (UK) for overstaying his visa. I knew about this but choose to ignore it untill baby was born.

we applied for Settlement visa in Jan 09 in Turkey and this was refused in May 09.. the reasons for refusal were that they didnt believe we were a real couple ect ect. Also that I was on Incapacity benefits due to ill health. I had just given up my job of only 4 months because of this illness and being pregnant with extreme sickness. My husband had a job offer so i thought that this would fix the problems of me being on benefits.

We have appealed against this decision and they have untill 23rd October (today) to either overturn the decision or I go to court here in UK around Jan time.

This is where it gets tricky I have no faith that this decision will be overturned as i have only submitted our babys birth certificate as new evidence. I am still in same situation as before (on benefits). For this reason I think we are going to have to re- apply when circumstances change..

This is where I need some help... I have been told that if i prove i have £100 disposable income after bills are paid this should be ok if we need to re- apply. I want my husband here more than anything and want to do the new application so perfect that they have a hard time refusing again.

Dont worry i have finished now lol. Any help at all would be great. Looking forward to using this new found site!!
