Need confirmation on council house

Hi i am a british citizen and my wife is here on a spouse visa and will be applying for ILR visa in september.

i just wanted to clarify i can apply for the following and that it will not have an effect on her when she comes to claim ILR

1, tax credit in joint names names
2, council house ( i have been on the waiting list for ten years)
3, housing benefit and council tax benefit in my name
