hi i am a british citizen married to a south african, we have two children who are also british citizens. I no my husband can not claim any public funding but as a british citizen can i claim child tax credit. My husband is in full time employment and i am a house wife. Would b very grateful if some body could help me on this matter.

You can claim anything you're eligible for as you are a British citizen.

And remember tax credits should be claimed jointly.
