will it effect my T1 application i claim NI tax

Hello guys,

sorry for posting the same quire, but earlier i was in the wrong section.


i was in UK earlier and left it 1.5 year ago.

before leaving the UK, i claimed for my tax and i had been refund my tax.

now im planning to apply for tier 1 from out side the UK, do this really occur big problem (tax claiming) to my application.

need advice from you all, especially from similar kind of case.
