We are applying for UPV. Which benefits are allowed?

None, apart from income-based JSA if the non-Brit has worked.

Considering that I claim Child Ben and Working Tax credits, (I am British) do you think we will be refused if we apply for UPV?

Easier if you keep to one thread to save dodging about looking for the full story.

You are entitled to claim benefits as a BC...but not additional amounts/benefits because you're with you non-BC partner.

Thanks again even if I still didn't understand.

Basically working tax credits are claimed jointly even if my partner is not working and are paid into my account. Is it ok or not?

me and wife got ilr recently through the route (hsmp judicial review).my wife doesn't work but i work full time.if we both claim anykind of benefit does it effect on naturalization in future.
