Hi everyone
i came here on a student visa which is due to expire soon, i recently got married and applied for a spouse visa. my partner is on jsa and receives ctc and hb we have a joint claim but she gets single element so i dont receive any public fund, i sent off my spouse visa forms and they sent me back the section 7 and requested 3 months bank statements and pay slips . the problem i have is i am not working and i am being supported by my parents back home and as a student i cant work full time and support my partner and her kids and on my statements there are some payments paid in by my partner to pay her bills and stuff for her. will this cause any problems for me and for proof of how i am supporting my self i am sending two affidavits proving that my father is sending me money and money transfers receipts , will the payments paid into my bank by her cause any problem and will the benefit being claimed cause any problems ?
Answers and Advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks
