Council tax -Single person discount

I am am Tier 1 General Visa and am getting Single person discount on my council tax, is It going to ehhect me in future?

I don't believe that it will. The single person discount with respect to council tax is not a "benefit" as such.

It's a discount not a benefit.

See this UKBA document which explains which benefits are considered as 'public funds'

But the list mentioned "Council tax benefit".

Council tax benefit and single person discount are not the same thing.

Exactly.

Council Tax Benefit is a different entity altogether, so this will not impinge on your application.
