Previously received CTC and not yet on ILR

Hi there,
I think this forum is fantastic and am hoping someone can put my mind at ease...
My ILR app goes in next month and although I am not receiving CTC now, I did do previously although have since found out I wasn't eligible and was given them in error! I am a Kiwi so was eligible for CB due to the reciprocal agreement between our countries but an HMRC rep at the Baby Show told me to apply for both and I got both.
I've since stopped getting CTC but have not been asked to pay it back yet. Am now worried that having previously been in receipt of CTC may stuff up my ILR app - any advice?

Will it even show up on their checks or will it only show what I am currently receiving?
