Child benefit

Hi everyone.

My wife is on a 5 year route and has extended already. Her visa states she can't claim benefits. Does this include child benefits? We recently had a child and was wondering if she can claim the child benefit. Thank you for your help.

Assuming that you aren't under Immigration Control, you must claim the child benefit in your name only.
