hi folks.im a uk citizen.my wife is on flr util november 2010.we now have a beautiful 4 week old daughter.my wifes on maternity leave.i have claimed child benefit as im uk citizen,can i push my luck and also go for working tax credits as i do work? if i do,do i also include my wifes name?

...ps...my wife is a filippina

You are entitled to claim WTC but this has to be claimed in joint names.
It won't effect your wife's ILR.

Working tax credit as well as child tax credit can be claimed. You can work out how much you may be entitled here.
