SWITCHING HOUSING BENEFIT FROM ONE BOROUGH TO ANOTHER

I hope someone especially John can help me on this issue.I receive housing benefit at the moment but I will be moving home from my current borough to another borough.My problem is do I have to re-apply for HB in my new borough or my old borough will just switch my benefit to the new one.I am not sure about how it works if you move from borough to another while on HB.If there is anyone here who can share his or her experience with me will be much appreciated.Thank you.
