Specific query on UK visa - Tier 2

Dear All,

I have a specific query on my UK visa stay and request your help in clarifying the same.

I am currently working in UK on long term tier 2 (Intra Company transfer) Visa. My visa is valid till February 2013. I am working for company Infosys limited.

I have resigned with this company and my last working date with them would be 31st July 2012. I have few queries with respect to this.

a) I hold a valid Schengen tourist visa and have booked a trip to switzerland with exit date from UK as 1st August and re entry date to UK as 4th August. Once I come back to UK on 4th August I will wrap up things and will return to my Home country India on 15th August.

I am wondering if there could be any issues at the immigration while I am re entering UK after the Switzerland trip. (I understand that I can stay up to 60 days after resigning my job in UK.But is it OK to go out of the country and re enter within this period?)

Considering the above could you please advice me to avoid any trouble at immigration.
