Hi,

Got a tricky situation with respective to UK Tier 2 Visa. Below are the scenarios and situation.

Initially I got a UK Visa through a reputed organisation (with A category) has processed my application.

Nov 2009 to Nov 2012 UK Tier 2 ICT

However I didn't get an extension from the current employer. Decided to switch from UK Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General with other employer within UK country. However my Tier 2 (G) application was successful and got 2 years extension with new employer.

Nov 2012 to Nov 2014 UK Tier (G)

Due to personal emergency I've to leave UK for more than 4 months. The new employer who processed Tier 2 (G) decided to cancel my COS and visa since I didn't join the organisation.

Now I had a situation with my company; they asked me to go to UK on business trip (with business visa) or also planning to process tier 2 ICT if possible.

Am I eligible for UK Tier 2 ICT visa?

My old ICT 2 visa got expired. Is their any cooling off period to process to Tier 2 ICT visa or Business Visa?

You are eligible for TIER 2 ICT Visa. However, the cooling off period applies as you are applying from outside UK.

IF your previous VISA was curtailed by UKBA then the period starts after 60 days from the day it was curtailed. You can apply for TIER 2 ICT only after 12 months from this date.

You can very well apply for Business Visa. This is not a PBS visa and your TIER applications does not affect your Business or Visit Visa unless they are refused for some reason.
