Dispensation Benefits

Hi All,

Can you pls help me understand whether there are any laws regarding availing the dispensation benefits in taxes, for a person on Tier 2 ICT visa?

Someone told me that UK Tier 2 ICT employee can avail dispensation benefits for first 24 months. I tried searching on this at HMRC/UKBA and other places, but couldn't find anything :( .

Can someone pls help??

As per HMRC, an employee in UK is entitled to receive some allowances which will be tax-free. Link below-

By extension, this should apply to immigrants as well. But I could not really find any further info on this.. :(
