Tier 1 PSW to Tier 2 - close to deadline

Hi

My Tier 1 PSW expires of Nov 30. I have an employer who has given me a conditional offer, but the formal offer can come only after the vetting process is complete. The vetting process will take about 3 weeks. By that time my PSW will run out.

I got the job was because I told the employer that I am exempt from Resident Labour market Test because I am on PSW visa.

Do I still have the exemption after Nov 30th when my visa runs out?

What are my options, if any...

you will be an overstayer after 30 November but you can apply for T2 leave in-country within 28 days after the expiry of your visa, ovestaying up to 28 days is disregarded. You will of course need a CoS but you will continue to be exempt from the RLMT

thanks a lot for the quick reply. can you point me to any ukba docs that could substantiate the 28 day grace period that you mentioned.
