Documents required for a Tier 2 Dependant application

Hi

I'm about to apply for a tier 2 general visa with a complete set of documentation related to me. However, wrt my spouse's application, do I just submit a marriage certificate (in english), her passport which doesn't contain my name as her spouse because it was issued prior to our marriage and then her bank statement?

She's currently employed with an MNC and does she need to be relieved from work to be able to apply along with me as a dependant? Also, do we need to submit her educational certificates etc. I just want to be sure and close down potential reasons for decline.
