Post by DMKA » Fri Jan 03, 2014 10:32 pm

HI,

I HAVE APPLIED FOR NEW VISA AS PART OF CHANGE OF EMPLOYMENT. DO I NEED TO ASK MY CURRENT EMPLOYER TO TAKE OFF THE ISSUED COS - ALTERNATIVELY, IS IT MANDATORY TO RESIGN FROM MY CURRENT JOB WHILE MY NEW VISA APPLICATION IS IN PROCESS?

THANKS

There is no need to tell your current employer that you made a change of employment application and don't resign until your application is approved by the HO.
