Query Regarding Visa for Baby

I am in UK on ICT Long Term Staff and returning to India by 1st May 2014 Permanently.

I have a query on Visa , I am expecting my baby in 3rd week of th Feb 2014, so when I travel back to India the baby will be 2 months some days, so my query is will the baby require Visa or just the passport will be ok?

I got details from one of the agent in india saying that no visa required for baby as I will not be coming back to UK.
Can you Please guide me on this. Awaiting your reply.

There shouldn't be a problem with an Indian baby exiting the UK and entering India on an Indian Passport.
