TIER 2 ICT REJECTION - TIER 1 REJECTION NOT MENTIONED

Hi,

My Fried had applied for Tier-2 ICT early this month. In the application he had not mentioned about his previous application for Tier-1 he had done which got rejected.Even the company who was sponsoring was aware of it and they themselves mentioned not to provide that details as that is for Tier-1 and current application was for Tier-2. But now he has got the Visa rejected stating that status of Tier-1 was not mentioned. Is there any way he can appeal by providing releavant details.

Out of country applications cannot be appealed, they can only request for administrative review of the documents and form provided.

He will need to make a application again, state in that his previous rejection was provided and that he willingly withheld the details on the advise of the employer!!!

I would advice he say the truth but considering he withheld information from the application he is going to be frowned upon.
