Tier2 ICT Dependant Extension from outside UK

Hi ,
My husband is on Tier 2 ICT visa which expires on 15 April 2014. Me and my daughter are on his dependent Visa .My husbands organization is in plan to extend the visa , but me and my daughter have to travel to our native country for some urgent reasons and we would not be able to give our passports for extension in UK.
Would we be able to apply for Tier 2 ICT dependant Visa from our native country later on ? Or will the cooling period apply to us and we would have to wait for an year ?Would really appreciate any suggestions/help.
