Change of employment on ICT Tier 2 Long Term

Hi,

I am currently in the UK on a Tier 2 ICT Long Term visa. My visa is valid until Dec 2014. I wish to know if it is possible to change my employer in the UK on the same visa. If this is possible, what conditions do I need to fulfill.

not possible on the same visa. Only if your initial T2 ICT leave was granted before 6 April 2011 can you switch in-country to T2G (with a new CoS).

where it is stated that change of job while still in the UK under Tier 2 needs a 'change of employment' application to extend permission of stay. FYI, my current visa has been issued in Jan 2013
