Switch from T2 ICT LT to T2Gen Dependant without cooling off

I'm working for a multinational bank in the City under a T2 ICT LT staff migrant visa, effective from May 2013.
My fiancee (also a non UK/EU citizen) is currently a student here and is expected to get a job here under the Tier 2 General quota.
We're aiming to get married by this year end. So my question is, is there any way I can avoid the dreaded cooling off period, say by switching into a Dependant visa on her Tier 2 Gen.
Or should I just ask the company to shift me to another geography for a 12 month stint (possible but farfetched) ?
