I am currently on a Tier 4 visa and I did some part time work for a company. Now that company is exploring different options to sponsor/work with me. Not clear what the best way forward would be.
1. The company doesnt have a sponsorship licence currently.My T4 visa is valid till June. Incase the license doest get approved before June, I will have to leave the country right ?
3. It is a one man company now - will getting a sponsorship licence be tough ?
4. If the company goes bust, what will be the status of my sponsorship ? Can I switch sponsors quickly ? If I do, will I be subjected to higher salary requirements (not be treated as a new entrant)
5. Is there a 'cooling off' period before I can move to another employer/Sponsor ?
6. The company is also willing to partner with me and make a director of the company but to switch to a tier 1 visa - I need access to £200,000 which is not a feasible option right now.
