RLMT for students

I came in UK in April 2011 and completed my MBA on 27/12/2012. My visa got expired in April 2013.

I got another Tier 4 visa upto August 2014 for an assessment management course which is in process.

I got an offer of sponsorship from UKBA Registered Employer under Tier 2.

Kindly tell me whether I am exempt from Resident Labour Market Test or not??

Most of the people confused me that Your degree should be 1 year old to claim exemption from RLMT.

Please help me out.
