Tier 2 (General) Visa holder -Starting Limited company

Hi All,

Just wondering if a Tier 2 (General) Visa holder (employee) can start s Limited company in UK?

I am under impression that the Tier 2 sponsored employee can only work for the employer and can not engage in any other business activity. Is this true?

Please correct me if I am wrong :oops: .
