Need clarification on cooling off period in my case.

Hello,

I was in UK from 1 October 2012 to 1 July 2013 on Tier-2 General Visa, and i had to return to my country on company request.(My Visa validity is until July 2015).

Now, if i have to go to UK on
1. Tier-2 (ICT), does the cooling off period applicable to me ?
2. Tier-2 (General), in this case cooling off period still applicable ?
and what is the earliest date i can go back to UK.

and it this process altogether new ? or my previous VISA will be of any use ??

Please suggest .

since your T2G visa is valid until July 15 you can use it to return to the UK
