Tier 4 dependent to Tier 2

Hi,
I am a tier 4 student and my husband is in dependent visa. he has been doing a permanent job of NQF level 6. Our visa expires on August 2014. The company is yet to apply for his restricted sponsorship. I just wanted to know will he be successful since he is doing the permanent job since August 2013.

Your husband's current job as a PBS dependant is not relevant to the restricted CoS he'll need and to his eventual application for leave to remain.
