Dear Sir,
I have been reading this forum since long and noticed you are so kind and knowledgeable person on immigration in UK .
therefore, i think you would be kind enough to help me by answering some of my queries on immigration.
Let me write on my previous immigration history,
I lived UK as a student then PSW holder for 6yrs
came back home before expired my PSW visa since then i have been working different companies as a Marketing Professional.

Now my wife would like to go UK for study MSc
my questions are
as a tier4 dependent do i need to do RLMT for getting job?
also can i change my visa category from tier4 dependent to tier2G (as i got some one who is willing to offer me CoS) or tier1 E (if in case he fail) without leaving the UK .

please answer these questions.

NO

also can i change my visa category from tier4 dependent to tier2G (as i got some one who is willing to offer me CoS) .
you can switch from T4 dependant to T2G in-country but you will need a restricted CoS

or tier1 E (if in case he fail) without leaving the UK .
you will need to apply from your home country

please answer these questions.

is it for tier2G or tier1E ? as a tier4 dependent can i move to tier2G in the uk?

there is no such link. RLMT is for Tier 2. PBS dependants are not Tier 2, they don't need a sponsor and have no restriction on employment (except as doctor/dentist in training).

i thought OP wants to switch from tier 4 dependent to tier 2 G. That's why he is asking about RLMT.

If u r on tier 4 dependent visa with right to work than u don't need RLMT to get a job

BUT

if u want to switch from tier 4 dependent to tier2 G than yes u need RLMT.

Dear Manci,
tx for previous comments on my last topic i also tx to others members who also answered and trying to clear understanding on that topic.
Now i need a help again from you and others
As you already know i got MS degree from UK and am practicing as a marketing professional but now one of my friend offering me a CoS and demand huge money for that moreover i have to work in an Indian restaurant and wages will be 230-250/week .
Now my queries are
How CoS issued by home office? is it one to one means employers need every details from each applicant for example - date of birth, name , degree, previous working experience also ingratiation history or it is just one license number get from HO and can be used for any one.
also when employer need to do RLMT, after getting CoS before applying for CoS?

i have some few more questions but i will write you later so please answer these queries.
