Hi all
My name is asim I have couple of question
regarding my tier 2
Excention my employer assign me tier 2
cos in may2011 to 6 june 2014 and
My position as a production manager and
my sallary start 21k and still 21k
But now my excention comes and my soc code
1211 that I seen in ukba site that entrated
Sallary is 20.5k and experienced sallary is
27.5k basically I am too much worried
That it is complasary That my employer
Have to set my sallary 27.5k or they
Can arrange between 21k to 27.5k
Plz answer me

For the extension the skill level of your job must be at least NQF 4 and the salary must be at least the minimum stated in the codes of practice for the job SOC code for experienced workers

Properly because my Nvq level is 6 you mean
To say that I am already taken 21k and if my employer
Happy to increase 23k or 24k same position as
A production manager for the excention And ukba
Happy to accept this sallary

The skill level for a SOC code 1211 job (manager in agriculture) is NQF 4 and the min salary required for an experienced worker is currently £22,200 for a 39 hour week.

Salary rates new entrant 20500/experiend 27500
My question is only for excention of tier 2 now
My salary is 21k and my employer can offer me
Between 21k to 27.5k or Only 27.5k accept
The ukba For excention of tier 2 plz answer my question

For job SOC code 1121 the salary must be at least £27.5k for a 39 hour week. If your working hours are not 39 hours the min. salary can be pro-rated.

My post as a production manager and my soc code
Is 1121 but my company not in good position that they
Offer me 27.5k for my excention is it any way befor my expire
Visa I can chang my post they offer me electrical
And electronic technicians soc cod 3112 and experienced
Worker 2.3k before getting visa of tie2 in the same company i was my same
Post . Now my NQF level is 6 and 3112 soc cod NQF

as your initial T2 leave was under the rules after 5 April 2011, to be eligible for leave to remain you will need a job that is at least NQF level 4. Job SOC code 3112 is only NQF level 3 so it wouldn't be acceptable.

Company that time I had psw visa due to some reason my case was refuse and I win my case through appeal aftera years and got my visa card or passport written leave to remain date 03 march 2012 to 06 june 20114 but I can stay maximum 6 years with tier 2 my question is that when my period start of tier 2 and now how long I have to apply for tier 2 extention and one more things can I change my post as a productio controller NQF level 4 and soc code is 3116 plz answer me thanks

Please don't repeat your posts.

the 6 years started on 3 March 2012.
You should apply for an extension before 6 June 2014 with a CoS.
It is up to the sponsor to decide the job SoC code - it need not be the same as at present.

I have one question if my employer change my post prsocction manager soc1121 to production controller soc 3116 do my employer need to genarate a job to advertise in job centre plus or news paper For the post of soc 3316 or my employer direct assign me new post as a production controller with new soc code when my employer do the ukba creat any objection for me or not when I get new cos for tier2 extention
