UK Tier 2 ICT to UK Tier 2 General

Hi,

My Tier 2 ICT CoS is valid from 05-Mar-12 to 04-Mar-15 and my Visa is valid from 15-Mar-12 to 04-Apr-15.

1. I believe that my ICT CoS and Visa can be extended by my current firm for a further maximum period of two years only after which I would have no option other than to leave the UK. Is this correct?

2. Can I change my ICT to Tier 2 General, whilst in the UK if I find another sponsor?

3. If I get a Tier 2 General, I understand that I can possibly stay for a further period of six years. Is this correct?

4. And after I have been on Tier 2 General for five years, I believe I can be eligible for ILR? Is this correct?
