Tier2 ICT long term visa education requirements

Hello,

I have entered UK on Tier2 ICT short term staff from X company between oct-12 to dec-13.I've submitted by three years diploma as educational proof.

Now I've issued a Tier2 ICT long term staff from Y comp.Are there any change in rules for educational requirements like "degree" or i can submit my three years diploma?

Adding i've completed degree from distance education in the year 2013.Can i submit this degree?bcoz i was not submittted in my previous entry clearance?

Could you guide me now to carry documents to entry clearance?

Company Y cannot assign a CoS to you if you were working for Company X until Dec 2013. For T2 ICT LTS it is a requirement to have worked for the company for at least 12 months.

For T2 ICT you don't have to score points for English. What is your job SOC code?

there are no educational requirements but no harm submitting details of the qualifications you have.
