Tier 2 General - Priority service

can anyone please tell me whether the Tier 2 general migrant priority visa service which cost 10500 INR is same as earlier used Fast track service?

While booking an appointment we can choose the fast track type and at the bottom we see the message that you have to pay for this service additionally at VFS Global website (fast track fee not included in VISA fee - INR 53970).

At VFS Global website I can see priority VISA service listed with 10500 INR. is both the same?

I am not able to find any information on my visa application form or appointment confirmation letter related to Fast track but I have selected the fast track service while booking any appointment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
