Hi Friends,

Need some clarity on my case:
I have received my first PBS in May’2011,
Got my visa stamped in Jun’2011 and came in UK Aug’2011.
Valid until: 20 July 2014

My PBS mentions category: Tier 2 (ICT Established Staff)

Would like to understand if there is limit for extension? can I extend beyond 5 years?

Since your visa was granted post 06-Apr-2011, it is limited to a max of 5 years (or 9 years if you earn £153,500 a year or more).
