Tier 2 Switching Employer

Hi i got my Tier 2 visa in July 2013, now my sponsor's license is cancelled, its been two weeks since they are taken off from sponsor list, any ideas when will i receive the curtailment letter?

Secondly i have a job on offer but the new potential employer told me that they will be issuing a cos as a NEW ENTRANT , where as before i was on a high salary , will that affect my new application.
