This is my first post on this forum. I found a lot of useful stuff on here, some positive, and some negative

I have a Tier2 General visa and have been happily working in the UK for almost two years. In October 2013 I signed a marriage contract to my lovely wife (No wedding yet!) but we are legally married and I have visited her in Libya twice since, once in December, and a second time in April this year. Funnily enough, we did take pictures together, but never with her wearing her Hijab (Islamic veil/headscarf). Now, here is my problem, is it a MUST to have a picture in the application? Note that we chat soooo much on Viber/facetime/skype/Kakao Talk and some days for a few hours!
We are planning to have the wedding in September once she gets her Visa, and then come together to the UK. She currently live with her parents in Libya.
I have some relatives in the UK who have a British citizenship, so I thought maybe I can get one of the to write a letter stating that they support that our marriage is genuine and attach this to my application.
My second question: My wife has a degree from a Libyan University in English, does she still have to prove her English language abilities? If so, what is the quickest way?
Here is the list of documents I'm intending to attach to her application:
- Copy of my passport, Visa, and driving license
- A company-headed letter stating my situation with the company I'm working in
- Bank statements
- Letter from landlord stating that they have no problems with having a second person live in the accommodation with me
- Council tax bill
- Payslips
- Marriage contract (original and translated)
- Viber/Skype/Facetime logs
- Copy of flight tickets to Libya for visiting the wife
- My wife's degree
- Her passport and other documents.
Anything essential missing from the list??
Many, many thanks for your help!
