Tier 2 Registered Company - Name Change

Hello,

Our company (Tier 2 Registered) has been bought out through MBO (Management Buy Out) by a new company. I am working with this company under their sponsorship.

The management who has taken over this company will be changing the name of our company and I guess something needs to be done with the license registered with UKBA.

Please can someone put me in the right direction as to how should i proceed?
Can I still continue to work with my company with the same visa?
Does my company needs a new license?

Also, if my company is part of MBO and no change happens in terms of name and operation. Do I still need to notify UKBA?
