Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General Dependent to Tier 2 General

I would greatly appreciate any advice on my situation. I am on a Tier 2 ICT visa and engaged to someone on a Tier 2 General visa. I do not wish to stay with my current employer. I have the following questions:

1. Once we are married, can I switch to a Tier 2 General Dependent visa from within the UK?
2. Will this allow me to work/change employers? And would an employer have to pass the RLMT to hire me when I am on the dependent visa?
3. If, at a future date, my employer is willing to sponsor me for a Tier 2 General visa, will they have to pass the RLMT, even if it is for a role that I already occupy? (I ask because my partner may also want to change jobs in 1-2 years and this would give us more flexibility)
4. To switch from Tier 2 General Dependent to Tier 2 General, do I have to apply from my home country?

you will be free to take any employment (except doctor/dentist in training) and any employer can employ you without doing a RLMT
